Delaware Statutory Trust

Hello,
I am looking for a international tax advisor or attorney in Germany. I need someone with specific experience dealing with a certain type of a tax deferred real estate exchange using an entity called a Delaware Statutory Trust based on US tax law. A Delaware Statutory Trust (DST) is a legal entity in the US that is used to structure real estate investment offerings that are 1031-compatible. DSTs are often used in real estate investing to allow multiple investors to pool money together in exchange for small holdings of the trust. Are there any advisors or attorneys that may be interested in assisting me?
